Thank you for your interest in adopting a puppy from Mazin Labradoodles. We are located in Mason Ohio which is between Cincinnati and Dayton Ohio. A $500 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve a puppy prior to 8 weeks. Please submit the following application and deposit via Venmo when you are ready to welcome your new family member. We will then reach out to you when it is time to select your puppy. Puppy selection is based on order of deposits.
